EXTERIOR PAINTING

• Areas to be painted will be either pressure washed or hand washed to remove all dirt and mildew.
• All loose paint is scarped and all glossy areas are scuff and sanded.
• All gaps are caulked to prevent water intrusion.
• All Paint-Repaired areas are primed and premium quality paint is applied to a uniform finish.

• Clean-up is done daily, as well as at the completion of our work. Paint chips are removed and all our materials are packed up and stored neatly.
• All furniture and accessories backed to their location. All floors and carpets are vacuumed and swept. All of our materials will be removed from location

INTERIOR PAINTING

• All items are placed in the center of the room and covered with plastic sheeting. All floors are protected with drop clothes.
• All holes and cracks in ceiling and walls are filled; staines are sealed. All surfaces are scuffed and sanded.
• All repaired areas are primed and premium quaility paint is applied to a uniform finish.
• All furniture and accessories backed to their location. All floors and carpets are vacuumed and swept. All of our materials will be removed from location.
